To register an account and use gkg99 services, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You will operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on gkg99, you must provide accurate personal information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and bank or mobile banking details must all be truthful. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. gkg99 will not be responsible if this information is shared with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

gkg99 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or attempts to exploit the system
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • At the user's own request

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gkg99 is ৳500. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer.

When making a deposit, you must use an account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

gkg99 may hold or cancel a withdrawal in the following cases:

  • KYC verification has not been completed
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • There is suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • An account verification process is ongoing

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on gkg99 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gkg99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used. Withdrawals from the bonus will not be possible until the wagering is completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions that will apply at the time of claiming.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • There may be a maximum bet limit for bets placed using bonus funds.
  • gkg99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • In cases of fraudulent bonus claims, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The gkg99 VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier offers the opportunity to earn weekly cashback:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier progression depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Detailed benefits and conditions for each tier can be obtained from our support team.

Betting Rules and Game Guidelines

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user is solely responsible for verifying all information before placing a bet.

6.2 Cancellations and Results

If a match or event is cancelled or the official result remains uncertain, gkg99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and refund the original stake. The final decision will be made at gkg99's sole discretion.

6.3 System Errors

Bets placed on the basis of abnormal odds or results displayed due to a technical error or server issue are not valid. gkg99 reserves the full right to cancel such bets in these circumstances.

Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gkg99 platform:

  • Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
  • Fraudulently claiming bonuses or obtaining bonus benefits through multiple accounts
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack any part of the platform
  • Harassing or deceiving other users

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited and won funds. gkg99 may provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities if required.
